After servicing some of the world’s largest enterprises, we discovered a problem. Despite their willingness to spend their massive IT budgets and the limitless expertise at their disposal, the largest enterprises still struggled to maintain a real-time accounting of their IT environment’s quality.
The answer seemed to be in outsourcing, but that made the deficiency particularly acute. The slightest lack of clarity or any difficulty in accurate correlation not only impacted price performance but also strained the relationships in the IT team, the Business unit, the Financial Team, and the outsourced IT providers. Given their size and their pace of change, complete standardization proved an impossibility.
We developed a solution to combat this dysfunctional cycle and FogLifter® was born.
